By accessing and using the YouPass service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

YouPass is a digital platform that allows users to:

• Create personalized digital voucher booklets
• Purchase digital voucher products
• Manage and share voucher booklets
• Redeem vouchers according to specified conditions

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Guest Account

It is possible to make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, some features may be limited.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4.2 Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments must be completed before delivery of the service.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Digital vouchers cannot be refunded once activated, except in specific cases provided by law.

5. Use of the Service

5.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

5.2 User Content

You are responsible for all content you create or share through the service. You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to use it in order to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The YouPass service, including design, logos, text, graphics and software, is owned by YouPass and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service will be secure or free of viruses

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YouPass from any claim, damage, loss, liability and expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of the terms
• Refuse service to anyone at any time
• Modify or discontinue the service without notice

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
